  • How long for the samples?

     Samples can be finished in 5-7 days after receiving the sample fee.
  • Customized products

    We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us to tell us the detailed information about the new product, such as the photos, size,material and quantity you prefer, and then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ. And if possible, please send samples to us and so that we can make sure that we can make the product mostly same as the sample.
  • Is it possible to order less than your MOQ?

    Firstly, the minimum quantity is for per color/per size/per style, not for the mix color/size/style, except the stock items. Most of the items need to meet our minimum quantity, by which we can arrange the production directly. If you only want to order small quantity as sample, we also would like to offer you if they are in stock, or send the similar items for reference
  • What about the quality of your fabrics and trims?

     We have set-up our INHOUSE TEST LAB for Apparel testing base on following same testing standard as SGS TEST LAB in 2014.  We can preformed test in Auschalink Lab as per ISO,European, &Australia Test standerds..The quality of all material must be strictly tested before being used.
  • How is your quality control?

    We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products. Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our products.The quality of all material must be strictly tested before being used.The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.
  • The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?

    When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which is cheaper,it is ok for us as well.
  • What should I do if the goods I received have problem?

    Generally each order need to be processed with many steps by several departments until arrive at you, such as orders-processing department, finance department, assign department, buyer department, inspecting department, logistics department etc. We are trying our best to control all of the departments to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction. But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staffer's careless or transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve our managent and service, as well as other aspects. If you receive the goods that has problem, please contact us by email.
